Hi
I work at McGill University, Faculty of Law as the Canada Research Chair in A.I. Law & Data Governance. I'm also an affiliated fellow at the Yale Law School Information Society Project. I'm interested in privacy law, A.I. regulation, and data governance with a focus on law reform and technology policy. My current projects propose how to evaluate digital harms from A.I. inferences and how to prevent A.I. discrimination. My book, The Privacy Fallacy: Harm and Power in the Information Economy (2023), examines how to build accountability into the information economy. |
