Welcome
I work at McGill University as the Canada Research Chair in A.I. Law & Data Governance. I'm also an Affiliated Fellow at the Yale Law School Information Society Project.
I'm interested in law reform and technology policy with a focus on privacy, A.I., and data governance. My current projects explore how to evaluate digital harms from A.I. inferences and how to prevent A.I. discrimination. My first book (The Privacy Fallacy, CUP 2023) examines how to build accountability into the information economy, You can find more information in my McGill bio; my research is available on SSRN and Google Scholar. I tweet from @IgnacioCofone. |
